By making this payment, I agree and accept without the right to dispute to pay the amount as a deposit towards payment for the Dental Treatment, which I have booked online, including but not limited to travel expenses, administration fees and surgery-related costs.  This is a non-refundable holding deposit, and in the event of cancellation or inability to have the contracted package, this deposit shall be forfeited. It shall not be returned to the payee. In the event of cancellation, the payee will be liable for the total costs of flights bought on either their or their companion’s behalf; in the case where the flight costs have exceeded the deposit received, this additional cost must be reimbursed immediately.
